The role responsibilities

• Operate as 'Project Lead Biostatistician' on projects - primarily supporting the company's Oncology compound.
• Maintain statistical evidence and communication within the study for the Oncology compound including writing and reviewing study protocols, SAPs and setting project timeframes and budgets.
• Manage the consultation with external vendors regarding outsourced activities and deliverables including various statistical analyses.
• Contribute to the development of the Biostatistics function by employing new processes, SOPs and demonstrating initiative.
• Review and interpret statistical results and be responsible for writing high-quality statistical reports.

Job requirements:

• PhD (pref) or MSc in Biostatistics, Mathematics or a related topic
• 6+ years' experience as a Statistician within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or CRO industry
• Experience in Oncology (minimum 1-2 years' experience) in required
• Experience in a 'Lead Statistician' or operating in a 'CRO oversight' role
• Experience using SAS or R programming software is required
• Experience in Medical Affairs or HTA studies is NOT required, but would be beneficial to the role
