Hobson Prior is on the lookout for a Senior Technical Insights Business Partner. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, data-driven environment and is adept at transforming data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives to improve financial performance and customer experience. This is a contract position, offering a hybrid work model with 2-3 days in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a proxy for the Technical Business Insight Manager and Partners.
• Drive and support the design of strategy to transform data into actionable insights in a cross-functional environment.
• Lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving financial performance and customer experience.
• Understand, present, and communicate business communications, KPIs, and insight methodologies to internal teams.
• Apply a range of methods to analyse data and synthesise findings.

Requirements:

• Ability to operate in a highly changeable working environment, dealing with ambiguity and complex issues.
• Experience working in a data-driven environment.
• Strong project management experience, particularly in the delivery of technology-based projects.
• Detailed understanding of data analytics processes.
• Proficiency in using multiple system/data modelling tools such as Excel, VB, Access, Tableau, (T)SQL, Salesforce.
• Experience in report creation, modelling, and trend forecasting.
